Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept refunds for opened, used, or tampered products. Sale items and promotional purchases are final sale unless otherwise stated.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at raworigins@ellipsnorthamerica.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Lost or Delayed Orders

Order Cancellations
